This photo illustrates Granitgard in a brick cavity, with water pipe penetrations. The damp course is laid directly over the strip shielding, and then the brick wall laid above. Behind here, the slab penetrations have also been protected with Granitgard. This protection typically carries a ten year warranty, and is renewed by annual inspection.  © Mark Porter 2000
