Environpest Granitgard Installations

construction, we’ve developed a strong preference for chemical
free Granitgard. Too heavy
for the termites to shift, and packing too tightly for termites to fit between,
properly installed, it’s considered a true “LIFE OF BUILDING” product, and
can be typically installed during construction for less than $1,000 for an
average home.
We've also been able to take Granitgard into the construction sector, with the University of Queensland/CSIRO joint construction project at St Lucia an Environpest site! (This site is rated as one of the top 6 construction sites in Queensland!)

Granitgard is installed to the brick cavities, slab penetrations and construction joints during construction, and with full Australian Building Codes Board accreditation, it complies with the new Queensland Building Codes Board termite requirements. A copy of that Australian Building Codes Board Accreditation Certificate follows.
Granitgard also has an interesting application in raised Queenslanders on steel posts. Our footing detail allows us to maintain a standard concrete finish.
